Each Distributed Camp runs as an open-space unconference. Sessions are proposed and scheduled on the first morning — no agenda set in advance, no keynotes, no sponsors, no booths.
We gather in person when possible: smaller venues, longer conversations, enough time to go deep on a problem together. We also run distributed (naturally) when needed — async-friendly formats, small working groups, public notes.
Upcoming gatherings are announced via the camp feed and the mailing list.
